Rechercheurs en beste vrienden Andreas en Simon leiden totaal verschillende levens; Andreas leidt een rustig leventje met zijn mooie vrouw en zoon terwijl Simon, die onlangs gescheiden is, het grootste deel van zijn vrije tijd dronken doorbrengt in een lokale stripclub. Alles verandert echter wanneer ze allebei worden opgeroepen bij een zaak van huiselijk geweld tussen een drugsverslaafd koppel. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt dit een routineklusje, tot Andreas het huilende zoontje van het koppel opgesloten in de kast vindt. De anders zo kalme politieagent wordt geconfronteerd met zijn eigen machteloosheid en verliest langzaamaan de greep op rechtvaardigheid. Plotseling is het aan de opstandige Simon om de balans tussen goed en kwaad te herstellen.
